GAIA in Miami Beach is seeking a Runner to support the dining room operations and guest experience. You will deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables, assist servers, and help maintain a polished service environment.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 25 lbs. Previous fine dining experience is desirable, with ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guest tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers in setting, clearing, and resetting tables efficiently.
• Ensure proper presentation of dishes and beverages when delivering to guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service staff to maintain service flow.
• Anticipate service needs and respond promptly to guest requests or team support requests.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• Support the service team in providing a polished and attentive guest experience.
