Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant/F&B role.
• Must have open availability and be able to work weekends.
• Positive, engaging and energetic personality.
• Organized, able to manage time and work with little supervision.
• High attention to detail and extensive service knowledge.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits; culturally aware.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills under pressure with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy guest needs and exceed expectations while presenting a professional image.
• Run daily line-up and communicate information to Food & Beverage staff.
• Train, evaluate, and schedule all restaurant staff.
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Inspect all dining areas to ensure service standards are met.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor tables to ensure no table is unattended for extended periods.
• Inform kitchen of special requests or needs.
• Share guest history and preferences with relevant hotel colleagues.
• Enforce company policies and SOPs; implement menus and promotions.
• Provide safety guidance in emergencies and attend trainings.
