Job summary

Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah, is seeking a diligent Busser for Latitude Restaurant to support the front-of-house team in a luxury dining setting.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining spotless dining areas while delivering friendly, professional service. This full-time onsite position offers a pay rate of $12 per hour plus tips and opportunities for growth within the Food & Beverage department.

Qualifications

• Experience as a busser or food runner in a fast-paced restaurant (preferred).
• Strong teamwork and communication with servers and kitchen staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-end dining setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for new guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and items.
• Maintain dining room, service stations, and patio cleanliness.
• Monitor tables, refill beverages, remove used dishware.
• Support food running team with timely dish delivery.
• Restock glassware, plates, utensils; follow sanitation rules.
• Attend orientations and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
