Job summary

Inspirato is seeking a Destination Planner & Concierge in Kohala Coast, HI to own the end-to-end member experience at our luxury residences, from pre-trip planning to on-site service and maintenance oversight. You will coordinate itineraries, greet guests, manage housekeeping, inspect properties, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional hospitality across all touchpoints through departure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in hospitality management or business administration.
• Hospitality and guest service experience, including solid knowledge of the local area.
• Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, caring, and fun.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both employees and members.
• Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.
• Upbeat, positive disposition with a genuine 'can do' attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip planning and itinerary development with ongoing member communication.
• Stocking and staging homes; inspecting properties before guest arrival.
• Greet guests, confirm schedules, deliver groceries, and manage on-call needs.
• Perform daily check-ins, oversee housekeeping, and track incidentals.
• Manage guest folio at departure, assist with transportation, and submit a post-stay recap.
• Deliver luxury service with high-touch attention from planning through departure.
• Execute SOPs and checklists; lead property inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; respond to emergency needs.
• Oversee property-related projects with clear timelines and quality standards.
