Job summary

Joybird is hiring a Design Sales Associate (PT) in our San Francisco showroom. You will guide high‑end clients through premium furniture and decor, creating inspired spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation includes Base Pay $19.61/hour, UNCAPPED commission on written sales (2%), and a monthly bonus of $500 if you meet goals. Benefits include paid time off, 401k with match, and exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of luxury sales and premium showroom environments is a plus
