Job summary

Joybird Design Sales Associate (Part Time) in Austin, TX, drives high-end sales in Joybird showrooms, delivering a premium customer experience and curating luxury spaces with premium furniture and decor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Leadership and communication skills are important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support store leadership.
• Manage daily sales reporting to retail leadership.
• Oversee sales floor and support team to meet financial goals and deliver excellent service.
• Lead by example in sales generation and customer service with exceptional experiences.
• Maintain showroom design and visual standards per merchandising guidelines.
