Job summary

Joybird is seeking a Design Sales Associate (PT) in Dallas, TX to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. You will guide clients through premium showroom experiences, curate luxury looks with world-class furniture, and earn uncapped commissions with a monthly bonus based on sales goals.

The role offers base pay plus commission, ongoing luxury sales training, and exclusive employee discounts. It is a part-time position within Joybird's retail sales team at a modern Dallas showroom.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• No travel required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience.
• Create inspired spaces with luxury furniture and décor.
• Curate luxury looks while earning commissions with no ceiling.
• Open and close the store and perform other duties in the absence of management.
• Maintain the showroom design and visual standards using merchandising guidelines.
• Drive store sales through client follow-up and outreach.
