Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate early-stage concepts to realized design outcomes.
• Lead product, packaging, and visual merchandising projects.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, retail, and sales.
• Manage and mentor junior designers; shape future design structure.
• Develop systems and standards for a growing luxury design function.
• Own design process from concept to production.
• Respond to long-range and fast-turn initiatives.
• Evaluate in-store presentation and customer experience.
