Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience (dental management preferred).
• Inspiring leader who enjoys coaching and developing others.
• Organized, proactive, solutions-focused with hospitality mindset.
• Understanding of KPIs, scheduling, production goals, and practice growth.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience with Open Dental preferred.
