Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support daily store operations, drive sales and provide an exceptional customer experience in Austin. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and a focus on coaching team members while achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with management on policies. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals and supporting individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing customers.
• Set the example for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach and events.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating associates to maximize productivity.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager on store operations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with payroll management and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Communicate directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to the team and meet deadlines.
• Represent the brand in interactions with customers and peers; uphold company culture.
• Support loss prevention efforts and participate in audits and inventories.
