Responsibilities

• Deliver World Class, Luxury Customer Service across channels.
• Be the human face of the digital Burberry customer experience.
• Resolve cases with accurate, appropriate and personalised solutions.
• Encourage customers to experience Burberry products through brand knowledge.
• Record customer details accurately using systems.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the customer service department.
• Operate across phone, live chat and email for customers and stores.
• Minimise loss by following policies and processes.
• Carry out any additional duties as directed by management.
