Qualifications

• Demonstrable front line customer service experience, ideally in a Contact Centre.
• Be available to work flexible shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving capability.
• Team player with a positive attitude and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Delivering World Class, Luxury Customer Service across channels.
• Act as the human face of the digital Burberry customer experience, coordinating with the business to fulfill customer needs.
• Resolve cases with accurate, personalised solutions to enhance brand loyalty.
• Encourage customers to experience Burberry products through empathy and product knowledge.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues with after-sales knowledge.
• Advocate for the brand to cultivate relationships and drive sales revenue.
• Handle customers via phone, live chat and email; include flagship store and internal communications.
• Contribute to efficient department operations and target service levels.
• Record customer details accurately in systems and adhere to policies to minimize loss.
