Job summary

Burberry is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Store Manager in Las Vegas. You will lead a sales team, drive category performance, and ensure exceptional Burberry customer experiences in-store.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and coordinate training to maintain brand standards. A strong emphasis on service, teamwork, and achieving KPIs in a dynamic retail environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or managing retail teams.
• Ability to handle complex customer service issues and provide resolutions.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals.
• Drive sales for assigned category and partner with Store Manager on sell-through and training.
• Coach a high-performing customer-facing team to deliver Burberry Experience consistently.
• Manage customer flow to ensure best service and no client is left unattended.
• Foster collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock and operations.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and follow-up actions after transactions.
• Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and annual reviews.
• Lead onboarding of new joiners and reinforce Burberry Experience through training.
