Michael Page Miami is seeking a skilled Luxury Custom Homes Superintendent to oversee daily construction on high-end waterfront estates, coordinating subcontractors and on-site crews to keep work aligned with plans. You will review work, track schedules, manage material deliveries, maintain site records, and promote safe practices to deliver landmark residences in South Florida.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to keep work aligned across project phases.
• Review completed work and address site issues to maintain the expected quality of each home.
• Track project schedules and communicate updates to keep construction activities on course.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to avoid delays in active work areas.
• Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates, schedules, and project documentation.
• Work with the construction team to resolve field conditions and keep projects moving forward.
• Promote safe work practices across the job site and address hazards as they arise.
