MPI, a leading South Florida general contractor, seeks a Mid-Rise Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site activities for mid-rise projects in Palm Beach County.

You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to maintain project schedules and safety, while ensuring work quality and adherence to plans and specifications from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing on-site construction work for mid-rise projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications.
• Experience monitoring project schedules and construction progress.
• Ability to identify site issues and coordinate practical solutions.
• Experience reviewing work quality throughout the construction process.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily on-site activities for mid-rise construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor work quality and address site issues as they arise.
• Plan daily site activities and confirm teams have the information needed to complete assigned work.
• Track construction progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Maintain an orderly job site and promote safe work practices.
• Review completed work against project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate site deliveries and materials to support uninterrupted construction activity.
