Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple luxury custom home projects.
• Ability to lead projects, managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, estimating, procurement, and quality control.
• On-site work across Boone, Blowing Rock, NC and surroundings.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple luxury custom home projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.
• Control budgets, milestones, and profitability.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and homeowners.
• Review plans, specs, scopes, and contracts.
