Metric Geo, a Utah luxury custom homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury homes in Orem and surrounding Utah County. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client expectations from pre-construction to completion.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record in high-end residential projects and a commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
• Background in luxury custom homebuilding preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and project costs.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, engineers, and teams.
• Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and detail.
• Review plans, specs, scopes, bids, contracts, and docs.
• Manage estimating, buyout, procurement, change orders, invoices, and costs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and schedule.
• Resolve construction challenges to minimize delays and costs.
• Maintain strong communication with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and teams.
• Oversee punch lists, closeout, and turnover to meet luxury standards.
