Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in custom residential construction.
• Proven experience managing luxury custom homes or estates.
• Massachusetts license is required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of custom residential construction from permitting to turnover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and forecasts; coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and contracts; manage RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and provide timely client updates.
• Manage subcontractor performance, safety, and quality control.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet high craftsmanship standards.
