Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking a CRM & Product Advisor for our New York boutique. The role supports product allocation, CRM data accuracy, and clienteling activities to enhance the client experience.

You will train teammates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to CRM and product reporting. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in luxury retail or CRM are preferred; Salesforce and PowerBI experience is advised.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–4 years in luxury retail, CRM, or operational support roles preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of CRM and clienteling activities within the boutique.
• Maintain accurate CRM and client data, ensuring data quality and timely updates.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on CRM processes.
• Coordinate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Prepare CRM and product-related reports and track data for continuous improvement.
