Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a related field within construction or real estate sectors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion in the luxury construction sector.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to establish Sleeping Dog Properties as a leader in the industry.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners (developers, architects, real estate professionals).
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Host and participate in industry events to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and lead negotiations to close deals.
