Job summary

Sleeping Dog Properties, a Boston-based design-build company, seeks an Assistant Project Manager for high-end residential projects to serve as the hub among Owners, Architects, Engineers and Tenants.

You’ll participate in design development, coordination drawings, pre-construction, construction and tenant coordination, maintain clear communications, and guide project cost control, scheduling and close-out for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience specifically within high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Site Supervisors to produce and turnover work to clients.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent on development of project site logistics plans.
• Oversee the pay request process.
• Work with AIA Owner contracts.
• Monitor project costs and prepare Job Cost Reports.
• Analyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
• Implement and monitor training of all staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor and vendor performance.
• Review and approve material, forming systems and equipment needs.
• Assist Estimating in Change Order processes.
• Ensure applicable safety standards are followed.
• Lead the project’s quality process.
• Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes.
