Michilli Inc. in New York seeks an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator for its Servizio department to help oversee Emergency Service Calls, Standard Service Calls, Maintenance programs, and Special Projects.

You will assist the Project Manager with bid proposals, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communications while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery on site. Proficiency with Sage 300 and Procore is preferred.

• Experience managing multiple high-end, fast track projects concurrently.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager and create bid proposals approved by clients.
• Assist and create project schedules indicating critical path and deliveries.
• Coordinate required COIs, contracts, exhibits and POs; manage procurements.
• Schedule trades, review RFIs, submittals, invoicing, change orders and closeouts.
• Coordinate communications with clients, architects, and engineers; document weekly reports.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality adherence on site.
• Set up cost codes and prepare billing in Sage 300 and Procore.
• Produce weekly financials and closeout status reports; manage Fridays AP tasks.
