Job summary

PBC Hotel Construction Group in Delray Beach seeks a Construction Administration professional to coordinate high-end residential and hotel builds, acting as the central hub for project operations and providing essential administrative support to project managers and superintendents.

You will manage subcontracts, change orders, meeting minutes, schedules, and document control, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth closeouts while communicating with vendors, inspectors, and leadership to resolve

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track subcontracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project schedules and onsite visits to meet construction timelines.
• Administer document control for lien waivers, insurance certificates, and pay apps.
• Maintain digital and physical project files for closeout and warranty processing.
• Communicate with vendors, inspectors, and leadership to resolve bottlenecks.
• Organize permits and compliance records to meet regulatory and safety requirements.
