Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in West Palm Beach to join our Program & Project Management team. You will focus on luxury hospitality and/or multi-family projects and act as the Owner's Advisor across all project phases, collaborating with design and construction teams to deliver value with an ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• 8+ years' experience in construction project management.
• Experience on luxury hospitality or multi-family projects required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of project strategic plans and programs.
• Act as Owner's Advisor with primary responsibility for all phases of the project.
• Manage design and construction processes and coordination among teams.
• Guide clients through design/construction, prioritizing ownership priorities.
• Coordinate with Architect, Contractor, and other team members to meet objectives.
• Lead contracts including negotiation, drafting and execution.
• Manage project budget and schedule; report progress to client.
