Job summary

PBC Hotel Construction Group is seeking a Construction Administration professional to coordinate high-end luxury residential and hotel builds from Delray Beach, FL. This full-time role supports project managers and superintendents on multiple active sites.

You will prepare critical project documents, track schedules, and administer lien waivers, certificates, and pay apps while maintaining organized files for closeout and warranty processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track subcontract documents, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate complex project schedules and onsite visits to meet deadlines.
• Administer lien waivers, insurance certificates, and pay applications.
• Maintain digital and hard-copy project files for closeout and warranty.
• Communicate with vendors, inspectors, and leaders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Organize permits and compliance records to meet regulatory and safety requirements.
