The Broadmoor, a luxury resort, seeks a Reservations Agent for Dining & Activities to compile bespoke guest itineraries including dining, spa, tennis, golf, transportation, and third-party experiences. Training progresses through four levels, expanding responsibilities beyond reservations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sales-mindedness, attention to detail, and familiarity with reservation software; weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Level I: Learn dining reservations and related tasks.
• Level II: Manage dining, tennis/pickleball, golf, transportation, third-party activities.
• Level III: Include spa, dining, transportation and broader activities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of all Food & Beverage outlets, hours, dress codes, menus, seating, dietary restrictions, events, and private cabanas; process bookings.
• Schedule and confirm resort activities (golf, tennis, spa, excursions, third-party experiences) and verify guest itineraries.
• Answer calls, emails, and chats with luxury etiquette; confirm final schedules via preferred channel.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B outlets, Spa, Sales for special requests and VIP arrivals.
• Maintain PCI compliance and HIPAA adherence for sensitive information.
• Attend departmental meetings and input guest itineraries while cross-checking reservations.
• Ensure compliance with Broadmoor guidelines and Forbes Travel Guide/AAA standards.
• Be willing to learn Broadmoor history, estates, and offerings; perform other duties as required.
