Job summary

Grand Hyatt Vail in Colorado is seeking a condo property coordinator to assist guests and owners, answer phones, book reservations, and support front desk operations. You will handle inquiries, site tours, inventory, and coordinate condo policies with the management team.

The role requires interacting with owners and guests, greeting visitors, and performing check-in duties as part of the front desk responsibilities. Year-round, full-time position with starting pay at $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Resourceful, self-motivated, able to multi-task with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency when assisting guests and owners.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and book reservations for guests and owners.
• Greet guests, vendors, and owners and coordinate front desk tasks.
• Assist with site tours, picture inventory, and condominium inspections.
• Coordinate condominium procedures and policies with the Property Manager and General Manager.
• Provide support to the reservations team and ensure guest satisfaction.
