The role emphasizes reliability, professional appearance, and clear communication, with shifts including 1st–3rd and possible weekend coverage. Salary ranges from $19 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in concierge, front desk, hospitality or security with customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for consistent coverage.
• Comfort using general tech and CCTV/access systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs and post orders precisely.
• Ability to sit/stand and perform light walking checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, polished greeting to residents, guests, vendors, and tours.
• Be front desk point of contact with a calm, security-minded presence.
• Manage visitor access and verify authorization per procedures.
• Support key/FOB accountability and collect details when needed.
• Monitor CCTV and guide onsite team as required.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident notes.
• Conduct routine property checks (floors, amenities) as assigned.
• Escalate issues through the proper chain of command promptly.
• Maintain an orderly, upscale lobby environment.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism with resident matters.
