Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.

• Knowledge of CRM and scheduling tools; familiarity with luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and offer personalized service from entry.
• Manage foot traffic and connect clients with available advisors.
• Provide refreshments and ensure client comfort in-store.
• Maintain a polished store appearance reflecting luxury standards.
• Coordinate in-store experiences, private appointments, deliveries, and events.
• Answer calls, route inquiries to appropriate Client Advisors, and take messages.
• Assist with store tours, appointments, and client requests efficiently.
• Support with scheduling, registry updates, and follow-up tasks.
