Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a front desk professional to deliver outstanding hospitality from check-in to checkout. You will greet guests by name, assign rooms, process payments, and assist with luggage and inquiries.

Knowledge of Opera is preferred, and you should be comfortable learning multiple software systems. This full-time role requires weekend, day, evening, and holiday availability, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits offered by Four

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
• Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Ensure that guest is assigned the requested room, and that the correct rate and payment method are charged.
• Arrange for luggage delivery to the guest room.
• Check guests out, prepare and explain the bill.
