Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; two to three years in a luxury property preferred.
• Must have good knowledge of English, speak clearly, read and write; professional telephone voice.
• Ability to stand for long periods and operate a computer screen.
• Ability to balance a concierge bank daily and handle money exchange with clear rates.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transportation, reservations, and directions.
• Receive and log faxes and packages for timely delivery to guests.
• Direct lobby traffic and monitor front door; coordinate with Front Desk.
• Log and communicate special requests or irregularities to the next shift; support emergency procedures.
