Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Mezzo Desert Ridge in Scottsdale, AZ. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while delivering five-star service.

We’re seeking 2+ years as a Community Manager in a luxury multifamily setting, with third-party management experience and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Community Manager in a luxury multifamily setting.
• Third party management experience required.
• Lease up experience highly preferred.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency; prepare and review monthly financial reports with forecasting.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and goals.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $72,000-83,000/year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

• 2+ years experience as a Community Manager, or similiar title, in a luxury multi-family setting
• Third party management experience required
• Lease up experience highly preferred
• 3+ years people management experience

In This Role You Will

• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
