Responsibilities

• Implements Board policy within the management contract
• Manages association operations including budgets and financials
• Liaises between Board, committees, residents, vendors, and city staff
• Oversees on-site personnel and contractors
• Prepares annual budget estimates and reports financials to the Board
• Maintains compliance with CC&Rs and governing documents
