Job summary

Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks an experienced Community Association General Manager to lead the Property Owners Association. This executive role oversees governance, financial management, resident relations, and long-range planning to preserve the community’s luxury standards.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage budgets, supervise department heads, coordinate security and landscape maintenance, and ensure compliance with Florida Statute 720.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Florida CAM License as a licensed manager.
• Three years of senior community association management experience in a large-scale residential community.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with boards of directors and resident committees.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends; respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Property Owners Association operations and services.
• Lead and supervise department heads and key personnel.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee major community contracts and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate security, life safety, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Serve as liaison to community and governance committees.
• Provide guidance on governing documents and Florida Statute 720.
• Oversee Architectural Review Board administration and compliance.
• Direct long-range planning and capital improvement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with residents, consultants, and local government officials.
