Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service and cater to guests' needs.
• Set up and maintain the club lounge area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages.
• Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
