Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bartender for JW Marriott Reston Station. You will maintain bar setup, stock supplies, mix and serve drinks, and greet guests with professional hospitality at a premier Reston property.

Responsibilities include cash handling, order entry, and adherence to all alcohol-service rules. This role supports a high-end dining and lounge experience in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and provide friendly guest service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar set-up and stocking of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Greet guests, take and document drink orders, and prepare beverages.
• Operate the POS system, balance cash, and balance at shift end.
• Comply with state and company alcohol service policies.
• Assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth service.
