Colleton River Club is seeking a Restaurant Chef to support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, staff management, and purchasing within budgetary constraints. Collaboration with the Clubhouse manager for FOH training is included.

Key duties include ensuring top quality meals, supervising kitchen areas, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and managing orders and storage. The role involves training staff and participating in meetings as needed.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a Private Club/Luxury Hotel/Resort or Restaurant.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the supervision of the appointed kitchen area(s).
• Develop and propose new items for menus on a regular cadence in conjunction with Executive Chef.
• Assure proper use, production, and rotation of goods.
• Attend staff and management meetings as needed.
