Stella McCartney in our SOHO, New York store is seeking a Sales Consultant to act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional service and maintaining loyalty to the store and the collection.

You will strive to meet daily, monthly and annual sales targets, stay informed on current products and trends, apply cross-selling techniques, handle stock replenishment, shipments and biannual inventories, and uphold uniform and PCI compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Experience in luxury brand sales preferred.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure environment.
• Strong clienteling skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service and uphold brand standards.
• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and current trends to clients.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandising standards.
