Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Established client book with $1M+ volume.
• Experience with Studio Services, Personal Stylist, and Celebrity Stylists.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high potential clients and develop exclusive LoveShackFancy relationships.
• Establish and manage top client book and review client lists using data.
• Define strategy for acquisition and retention of new and existing clients.
• Develop and implement clienteling strategies with the Store Manager.
• Support Store Manager in building acquisition strategy and clientele high potentials.
• Host client engagement events and develop client relationships.
• Drive store revenue targets through exceptional service and client relationships.
