Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking a Senior Director, VIC & Events to lead the strategy and execution of all retail events, activations, and top-client experiences across the boutique fleet. This role owns the VIC program end-to-end, cultivating relationships with our most valuable clients while guiding in-store launches and experiential moments that drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in retail events, clienteling, or VIC programs, ideally fashion/luxury.
• Proven track record turning events into sales.
• Strong clienteling strategy and retail ops knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-market calendars, budgets, and vendors.
• Excellent relationship-building and hospitality for high-profile clients.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple stores, events, relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure.
• A collaborative leader across Retail, Marketing, PR, and Visual.
• Willingness to travel to key markets.
• Passion for LoveShackFancy brand and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the VIC program across all retail markets.
• Design clienteling strategies that convert relationships into purchases.
• Lead events, activations, launches, and in-store experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Visual, Buying and E‑commerce.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event reporting.
• Build and lead a team of events and VIC specialists.
• Travel to key markets to oversee flagship events.
