Moncler is seeking a Senior Client Advisor in Troy, MI to deliver elevated luxury client experiences. You will build a high-value client portfolio, provide styling advice, and consistently exceed sales targets.

This role requires strong knowledge of brand heritage, product knowledge, and exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment. The position emphasizes client development, data-driven outreach, and collaboration with the sales team to maintain Moncler standards and drive business

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience with a proven sales record.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Build, manage, and grow a high-value client portfolio.
• Provide styling advice and share product knowledge and brand heritage.
