Job summary

As part of the role, you will cultivate a clienteling culture, manage data, and drive sales through repeat business while aligning with Tiffany's ethos of optimism, inclusivity, and creativity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving Commercial results.
• Ability to connect with the client.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
