Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional service and driving sales.

You will cultivate client relationships, exceed sales plans, and provide an elevated in-store experience with a personal Touch that reflects the brand’s heritage. The role requires experience in luxury retail, a proven sales record, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Achieve or exceed store sales plans monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and Tiffany brand ambassador service.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships and drive sales through key product pillars.
