Job summary

Tom Ford is seeking a Client Advisor in Atlanta to deliver exceptional service and drive store sales within a luxury environment. You will build lasting client relationships, maintain extensive product knowledge, and contribute to a premium client experience aligned with TOM FORD identity.

Responsibilities include owning a client book, reaching daily/weekly/monthly targets, and collaborating with leadership on merchandising and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail sales experience required; luxury environment preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Leadership to achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales targets.
• Generate and manage individual, high-volume sales business and achieve individual sales goals.
• Source, recruit, develop and maintain client book.
• Track and grow spend of existing client network.
• Manage regular client outreach, consignment, and appointment setting.
• Follow-up on client purchases, alterations, deliveries, special orders, MTM fittings, client specific requests.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current and past collections at all times.
• Provide product and client feedback to Store Leadership and Merchandising team.
• Deliver outstanding service to TOM FORD clients.
• Maintain an active presence in the local community; keep informed about major events and client activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Create high energy and a positive work environment.
