Qualifications

• Minimum two years in telephone sales, clienteling, luxury hospitality, or premium wine industry preferred.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and service.
• Experience managing gifting programs or luxury client experiences is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate revenue through relationship-based client outreach and meet sales goals.
• Enter sales orders and maintain current consumer data in the CRM system.
• Provide timely, personalized responses via phone, email, and text to direct sales orders.
