Job summary

Joseph Phelps Vineyards in St. Helena, CA seeks a Hospitality Assistant to provide high-touch front-of-house support, maintain glassware, assist with tasting and private experiences, and keep service areas guest-ready throughout the day.

You will work with Estate Ambassadors, help with set-up and breakdown of spaces, restock wines and collateral, and ensure guests receive an exceptional luxury experience while upholding the estate's standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and guest focus.
• Strong guest service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support Estate Ambassadors in delivering high-touch luxury guest experiences.
• Bus and reset glassware; transport to washing station and polish to standard.
• Prepare and maintain water service; replenish during experiences.
• Restock wines, tasting collateral, menus, and retail merchandise.
• Maintain clean glassware storage and service stations for easy access.
• Assist with opening/closing duties for the Guest Center and pre-shift setup.
