Job summary

Joseph Phelps Vineyards seeks an Estate Ambassador to deliver luxury hospitality experiences at our historic winery in St. Helena, CA. You will lead elevated tastings, promote wines and related products, and provide outstanding guest service.

You will manage transactions, enroll guests in the Wine Club, and support events while representing the brand's excellence and gratitude. This role requires 3–5 years in luxury hospitality and strong public speaking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct elevated tastings and promote wine and other products to guests.
• Manage purchasing transactions, ship sales, and wine club enrollments.
• Describe wines, winemaking techniques, and winery history with expertise.
• Engage guests to foster relationships and drive sales; provide personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with Wine Club and E‑commerce teams on shipments and promotions.
• Support hospitality events on and off‑premises.
