Job summary

Valentino is seeking a Client Advisor/Stylist at the Houston Galleria store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional couture service, building a strong client base, and driving sales through proactive client engagement and personalized styling experiences.

You will stay abreast of new arrivals and seasonal trends, prepare for client appointments, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with the Visual team to uphold presentation standards. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales with relevant clientele focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, and MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long term client relationships.
• Clientele engagement with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably through all phases.
• Aware of CRM targets and actively engages in campaigns to reach them.
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes clienteling tools.
• Consistently captures client data and notes.
• Know the portfolio of customers and VVICs/VICs they handle.
• Aim to achieve sales, KPIs and CRM targets.
