Job summary

Valentino Houston Galleria is seeking a Client Advisor/Stylist to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales through personalized styling and proactive clienteling. You will build long-term relationships and collaborate with store teams to uphold boutique presentation and operational standards.

The role requires deep product knowledge, mastery of the client journey, and strong communication. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to support high-end client

Qualifications

• Proven luxury retail sales experience with clientele development and sales results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and CRM activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Provide personalized styling services, prepare for client appointments, and curate looks across brand categories.
• Execute the Valentino Couture Service at every phase of the client interaction, including presentation, closing, and follow-up.
• Manage merchandising tasks: replenish floor stock, know warehouse inventory, and support visual display standards.
• Perform sales transactions and basic operational tasks using the POS system; assist with shipping, receiving, and after-sales activities.
