• Judgment on when to escalate or own the issue
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Manage live client communication channels in real time (phone and chat)
• Triage inbound emails, categorize, and route to the right owner
• Provide calm, hospitality-forward guidance for complex issues
• Deliver accurate, brand-appropriate information and tone
• Escalate questions requiring deeper product expertise when needed
• Develop deep product knowledge over time to support clients and designers
